1. Who we are

The Insurance Guide LLC (“we,” “us”) is a licensed insurance agency. We are not Telesoporte LLC and not CreditUp Credit Solutions, LLC. Those are separate companies. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we collect

When you call, email, use WhatsApp, book on Calendly, or submit a form, we collect what you give us: name, phone, email, state, insurance needs, and similar follow-up details. If you become a client, we also collect information needed to quote, enroll, and service coverage (which may include date of birth, household, income range, and government identifiers), as described in the CMS notice.

3. How we use it

To respond to your request and provide insurance help you asked for.
To text or call you only if you have given consent, or as otherwise allowed by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Florida law. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Reply HELP for help.
To run the website (including analytics such as Google Analytics), prevent fraud, and keep records required by insurance regulators and CMS.

4. Sharing

We share information with carriers, Marketplaces (HealthCare.gov, Pennie, Covered California, Get Covered Illinois, and others), and vendors who host email, SMS, calendar, or our CRM, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may share with Telesoporte LLC when you use the member portal or bilingual support we arrange. We share with CreditUp only if you ask for credit-repair help. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion where the law allows. California residents have CPRA rights; Illinois residents have rights under BIPA/PIPA as applicable. Marketplace clients also have the rights in the CMS notice. Email info@gotig.net.

6. Retention and security

We keep client files as long as needed to service policies, defend claims, and meet recordkeeping rules, then dispose of them securely. The site uses HTTPS. No method of storage is 100% secure.

7. Website terms

Site content is educational and is not a quote, binder, or legal, tax, or financial advice. Coverage depends on the carrier and your application. We may change or take down pages at any time. You may not scrape, copy our branding for another agency, or interfere with the site. THE SITE AND PUBLIC CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE. Our total liability for website use will not exceed $100. These terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for website disputes is the state or federal courts in Broward County, Florida, except where a regulator or Marketplace rule requires otherwise.

8. Email and this signature

Continuing an email thread is not TCPA consent for marketing calls or texts. If a message reaches you by mistake, delete it and tell us. Do not use email for emergencies.

Para responderle y prestar la ayuda de seguros que pidió.
Para llamarle o enviarle SMS solo con su consentimiento o según la TCPA y la ley de Florida. Responda STOP para cancelar SMS. Responda HELP para ayuda.
Para operar el sitio, prevenir fraude y cumplir reglas de CMS y de seguros.

4. Compartir

Compartimos con aseguradoras, Mercados y proveedores de correo, SMS, calendario o CRM. Podemos compartir con Telesoporte LLC si usa el portal o el soporte bilingüe. Con CreditUp solo si pide ayuda de crédito. Podemos divulgar información si la ley lo exige.

5. Derechos

Puede pedir acceso, corrección o eliminación cuando la ley lo permita. Escriba a info@gotig.net.

6. Conservación y seguridad

Conservamos expedientes el tiempo necesario para dar servicio, defender reclamos y cumplir archivos, y luego los eliminamos de forma segura. El sitio usa HTTPS.

7. Términos del sitio

El contenido es educativo; no es cotización, emisión ni asesoría legal o fiscal.
